Hightail

Founded in 2004, Hightail was working in the cloud before the term was even coined. Originally called YouSendIt — a simple way to send large attachments that email couldn't handle — the platform grew into a robust file storage, sharing, and management service. By the time I joined, Hightail served more than 45 million registered users across 193 countries, including professionals at 98% of the Fortune 500.

As Senior Product Designer, I contributed to the rebranding from YouSendIt to Hightail, enhancing brand identity across the product. I led growth initiatives including a full homepage redesign that increased signups by 8%, co-led a core software redesign using UX research methods, managed product localization for new international markets, and prototyped core features in Adobe Illustrator and Axure.
